Credibility statement:
I work with my clients, staff, associates and suppliers based on my commitment to credibility. This means we set and achieve expectations for each other that are true to my values and hold my key credibility indicators at their core:
Integrity – Accountability – Boldness.
Integrity: Adherence to moral and ethical principles; soundness of moral character; honesty. the state of being whole, entire, or undiminished: to preserve the integrity of the empire.
Accountability: The state of being accountable, liable, or answerable. Accountable: subject to the obligation to report, explain, or justify something; responsible; answerable.
Boldness : Not hesitating or fearful in the face of actual or possible danger or rebuff; courageous and daring. . Not hesitating to break the rules of propriety; forward. Necessitating courage and daring; challenging: a bold adventure. Beyond the usual limits of conventional thought or action; imaginative; a difficult problem needing a bold answer.

I will support you and encourage you to be bold in your choices.
I will work with you when it feels strange and scary to explore positive outcomes.
I will connect you with people who can support your ideas and help make them happen.
I will offer suggestions that break with tradition and challenge your thinking.
I will challenge your ideas to ensure your boldness is not dangerous.
When I work with you I expect:
